Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Your initial consultation and proposal are free. A design fee or project deposit is required before H30 releases design plans and renderings. Once the design and scope are approved, the project moves into planning and construction.
What does a complete pool remodel include?
H30’s complete pool remodeling services include tile, coping and plaster. The exact scope is reviewed for the existing pool. Discuss any additional features or surrounding patio work so the proposal clearly identifies what is included.
Can H30 plan a pool, covered patio and outdoor kitchen together?
Yes. H30 offers new pool construction and outdoor living construction, including patios, shade structures, pergolas, cabanas, outdoor kitchens and fire features. Bring the complete wish list to the design conversation so the spaces can be considered together.
How quickly can I get an estimate and get started?
Depending on scope and availability, H30 can typically arrange a site visit and estimate within about a week. A construction start is scheduled after the design, required approvals and project scope are reviewed.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on the work involved, site conditions, selections and approvals. H30 will discuss the timeline for your project, including design and permit review separately from construction.
What affects the cost of a pool or pool remodel?
Pool size, layout, finish choices, equipment, outdoor features and site conditions affect the price. For a remodel, the existing pool’s condition and preparation needs also matter. Share your priorities and budget range so H30 can prepare a proposal.
Do you offer financing?
Third-party financing options are available. H30 can discuss HFS Financial and other lending options for your project. Approval, rates and terms are determined by the lender. Explore financing information.
What warranties are available?
H30 offers a lifetime structural warranty on new construction pools, subject to the written warranty terms. Ask H30 for the applicable workmanship and manufacturer warranty documents for your selected materials and equipment.
